Position Overview:
We're in search of a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. The Marketing Specialist will be instrumental in promoting our organization's services and activities, driving engagement, and expanding our reach within the community. This role presents an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote UCEA London Club's services and activities.
- Craft engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, website, and print materials.
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify marketing needs and opportunities, and develop creative solutions to achieve objectives.
- Analyze marketing metrics and performance data to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance marketing efforts.
- Assist in organizing and promoting events, campaigns, and initiatives to increase brand awareness and community engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within a community-focused organization.
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to create compelling content for diverse channels.
- Proficiency in social media management and content creation tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Chinese is highly advantageous.
- Solid familiarity with both British and Asian cultures would be advantageous.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
